Beehive & Co will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supplies needed to complete the specified work with diligence and workmanship.
This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing is contingent upon the entire scope of work.
The project is expected to commence within a month from the agreed start date. If any party fails to provide a reasonable justification for delaying the project's start, that party will be considered to have terminated the quotation.
A deposit of up to 50% of the contract sum is payable on acceptance of the quotation. Progress payments will be made as work progresses, and the remaining 10% balance is due on completion. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and must be paid directly to Beehive & Co.
The deposit made by the customer is non-refundable if work is canceled before it starts.
Beehive & Co requires the project site to be handed over by the start date, including all necessary information, keys, and access.
The customer must give Beehive & Co or its subcontractors permission to enter and exit the project site without any restrictions during the entire construction period, including any extended period required to complete the project.
If insurance is not purchased for a project at the customer's request, the customer assumes all associated risks. If an accident covered by insurance occurs, Beehive & Co must notify the insurance company and the customer promptly.
The customer is responsible for ordering and arranging the delivery of any additional decoration materials not included in this quotation. This includes, but is not limited to, electrical appliances, ceramic tiles, lighting fixtures, flooring, fabrics, wallpaper, marble, sanitary ware, door locks, and hardware accessories.
Any design renderings are for reference only. Detailed materials and dimensions should be based on provided samples, product numbers, and construction drawings.
Natural materials such as timber and stone exhibit unique characteristics that vary from piece to piece, including color tone, grain pattern, and other inherent features.
Customers must provide the brand, product number, and color if they require specific decoration materials.
A Change Order is initiated whenever a customer requests changes to the existing work, such as design, quality, quantity, materials, timeline, or services specified in the construction drawings or project quotation. The contract price and timing will be adjusted to accommodate the requested changes.
Any date or period mentioned in this quotation may be extended by mutual agreement.
If any work remains unfinished upon the completion of the project, the customer has the right to deduct the corresponding fees from the final payment. Once the remaining work is finished, the customer must pay the outstanding balance within a week.
Beehive & Co shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by the following circumstances. We reserve the right to extend the project's completion time and finish it within a reasonable timeframe.
Worker strikes, customs issues, or closure of construction or supplier factories.
Accidents not caused by Beehive & Co's negligence.
Severe weather conditions, such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or black rainstorm.
Delays are caused by restrictions on accessing the project site.
Material unavailability, unforeseen conditions at the site, and other factors that could not have been anticipated.
Beehive & Co offers basic cleaning and waste removal. Professional cleaning services are available at an additional cost.
Beehive & Co may use project photos in their portfolio, provided that no personal information is disclosed.
Beehive & Co provides a one-year warranty from the completion date, which excludes non-contractor parts, wear and tear, damage from misuse, and changes due to light or climate.
In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, government or military actions, or epidemics, if any party cannot fulfill its responsibilities, it must immediately notify the other party through WhatsApp or in writing. The delay or failure to perform obligations caused by such events will not be considered a breach of the quotation.
This quotation is subject to the laws of Hong Kong. In case of any disputes, they should be submitted to the Hong Kong Arbitration Society for mediation. If the disputes remain unresolved within the time limit of the Mediation Rules, then they will be processed according to the currently effective Hong Kong Arbitration Society Rules.
This quotation represents the final agreement between the parties involved and supersedes any previous agreements. Any discussions or terms not mentioned within this quotation are no longer valid. Both parties must agree in writing upon any changes to this agreement. Please note that by agreeing to this quotation, you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
